Refund percentage is calculated automatically based on how many hours remain before your scheduled departure at the time of cancellation. The refund policy shown here is the same policy applied on your ticket, booking confirmation email, booking details, and the cancellation screen.

If a trip is cancelled by the Operator due to operational issues, vehicle breakdown, administrative reasons, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances, all booked passengers are automatically eligible for a 100% refund.
